The arbitration will follow the American Arbitration Association’s rules and will take place in Broward County, Florida.
D. Arbitration Fees
You are responsible for your share of any arbitration fees.
E. Injunctive Relief
We may seek injunctive relief for any violations of our intellectual property rights.
F. Limitation Period
You must file a demand within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the demand, or you waive your right to pursue it.
G. Survival of Provisions
This arbitration agreement remains effective even after the Agreement is terminated.
H. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and you waive your right to a jury trial for any disputes arising from it.
The Site and all associated information are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties. We do not guarantee specific results from using the Site, and we assume no liability for errors or inaccuracies.
